What a bunch of crap. I am an ardent environmentalist, but am no fairy.
Unlike libs, I actually take action in planting trees, prarie grass, habitats for ducks and wildlife, and set up bee hives.
All the hunters I know are environmentalists and they have done far, far more to expand wildlife habitats than any liberal march or protest.
LOL, the first post you wrote I can agree with tough how one can be an "ardent" environmentalist and support the most anti-environmental administration in history is beyond me.
As far as the OP, "masculinity" has always been associated with power. That people would see that chopping down a forest is more "masculine" than saving the forest is about right.
Same goes for supporting fossil fuels. I am sure if asked which is more masculine erecting oil wells or installing solar panels, the answer would be obvious.
Ultimately, that is what it is all about and the fate of the world turns on.
It is about the size of your ...you know what.

I guess its just another way to make men feel guilty about being men. The liberal left has been trying to emasculate men for years! Just more of men being the enemy bs!
True. I don't put any faith in these studies and also polls. They are just a way to articulate and advance the agenda the study authors, or poll takers want. I would consider the men in which I associate "masculine". They are mostly conservationists and try to be efficient with energy for cost savings purposes. They just don't buy into all the looney left's "fixes" for climate change, nor Nazi like environmental regs that just punish for no reason.
Outdoorsmen and women are the most ardent supporters of the environment. Fishing licences and hunting licences support wildlife and protect habitat. In fact habitat restoration is part and parcel of what sport (hunting and fishing) organizations do.
Sounds like a very liberal"theory" org to me. I wonder who PAID for this study.
