Yes. They believe they have a RIGHT to not be offended. Sad. We ALLOW ourselves to be offended. You don't have to be.

Per the article the Department of Justice (or as I call it the Department of Injustice) is weighing an investigation into the matter.

Why? Who had their natural rights violated? Where is the victim? Was there a complaint?
I would hope that desecration of a memorial for a victim that was murdered would generate universal outrage, rather than “they can’t prove it and it’s not a crime”. That picture is despicable but at least the fraternity exhibited some common sense.

There used to be rules governing common decency, but that is evidently no longer the case.

The key word here is intent, if your intentions are to offend someone, you will succeed!

That link is kindof quirky but I didn't see anything about the President? What do you mean by The President had to send in troops to desegregate Ole Miss?

The same thing people posing in front of lynched blacks were trying to convey. And they did a good job, because most people looking at that picture definitely got it. The only thing missing was the white sheets.

Entirely accurate.

The more than century old historical backdrop:

It's time to stop coddling the Confederacy

This has to be the most ridiculous thing I have read here. You are comparing actual murders and taking pictures of hanging, murdered people with a picture of guys with guns in which NOBODY WAS HARMED?

Why do Progressives insist on using ABSURD extreme scenarios and arguments? It just makes you look really foolish, and without reason.

kick them out of school for being stupid, but that's all you got. They have rights too, offending you is one of them.

The question was, what was the intent of that picture. So what do you think the intent was?
