Many states like California under Obama undertook the position that certain ethnicities more frequently were expelled. They therefore undertook new legal measures assuring that perps of this type cannot be expelled for similar actions.
Put them in jail. Unfortunately teachers get attacked in many schools. Like they flipped the roles, I saw teachers turn into monsters, but- neither child or teach need to touch anyone period .
This is the world we live in. Not a single person tries to assist the teacher, and every student has their smart phone out and video is rolling with full commentary like "damn, sh*t, she gettin' her ass kicked". Why would anyone want to teach in the ghetto? Let their decline continue. Just get decent people out of the danger zone.
