Bill Cosby and Colin Powell. I actually had the privilage of briefing Gen Powell one time when he was in Hawaii. As nervous as I was as an E-6, he was one of the easiest men to brief. He gave me some pointers that helped me in briefing high-ranking officers and officials for the rest of my career.

For women, definitely Condy Rice!! I would love to have an opportunity to vote for either Powell or Rice for president!!

Though I don't agree with them on every issue, those are two I could support very willingly.
