I live in a city that is 50% Hispanic, and I have never, ever, heard a Spanish speaking person refuse to try to communicate in English. In fact, I rarely hear Spanish. It is the custom in this town, for Hispanics sales clerks to speak English first to a Hispanic customer, and switch to Spanish only if the customer shows that to be a preference, and that does not happen often. Hispanics here recognize the value of speaking English, and help each other as much as they can. It is very common to see two Hispanics carrying on a conversation in English, with occasional lapses into Spanish for special colloquialisms.

Yes. From what I've personally observed most Hispanics who engage in a conversation speak in English. I've also noticed older generations of Hispanics speak in Spanish to people who look Hispanic and provide services. IE restaurants e.t.c. "Hables Espanol?". No sir, I don't. It's a form of racial profiling believe it or not.
I don't enjoy diversity for the sake of diversity, I just don't judge people by their race. I have Hispanic friends that share the same values/ideals as I do. Should I not be friends with them because their skin isn't as white as mine? I don't think so.
Sharing the same values is what it really boils down to, and what are shared values? Well, it's one definition of culture.
I don't care about skin color or nationality, but if you share my values (which I believe to be good ones, such as respect for your neighbor, respect for laws, and so on) everything is fine with me.
Diversity in color is fine, but a diversity in values between people who have to live near each other is a recipe for some pretty bad stuff.
So, when people come to my country, my city, my neighborhood and my street; I could care less of their color, their religion, etc. Their values, on the other hand, I care very much about.
What if they don't respect the privacy of other homeowners in the area and hang out on the front lawn every night drinking beer and raising cane?
What if they don't care to mow their lawn or keep up their house?
What if they have loud parties all night long and have cars on cinderblocks in the yard?
This could apply to anyone, of any race or color. All I care about is a harmony in values, not skin color.
I'm one of the strongest critics of multiculturalism you'll find here. But there comes a certain line where you have to call a spade a spade. I remember being called out for my darkend complexion many a time and no one should have to go through that. Scraper is a racist, straight up. So is much of the garbage that makes up the Immigration forums. There is legitmacy to wanting people to speak the language and learn the customs, but there is no excuse for excluding people willing to abide by our laws and cultural norms. There is a tendancy for Whites to play the "There's no such thing as "racism" anymore" or the "It's not racist if it's true" game and it's bull****.
So you're all for white nations becoming majority non-white?
I don't care who you are friends with. I never advocate being mean to anyone. Everyone should be treated with respect. However, governments have a moral order to protect the people from dispossession. To actively promote and push policies that will make the majority a minority in their own land is wrong. This is not even taking into account the many economic, social, and cultural ills that this brings.
Bingo. No other races or nationalities besides whites promote their own demise. Pure insanity.
You do know, don't you, that the population of all the Asian and African countries from Morocco to Bangladesh are nearly all White Caucasians? That includes India, Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the whole lot. So if we let enough of those come in, we don't need to worry about Whites being outnumbered.
Mexicans, by the way, are not Caucasians. Nearly all Mexicans are more closely realated to the Chinese than to the Spanish. Their ancestors were Mongol peoples, who came across the Bering Straits from eastern Asia. Most Mexicans are simply American Indians who grew up in a Spanish speaking area that is now called Mexico.
I am of East Indian descent and I would prefer for America to stay majority white, but always have enough of a minority like it is today. (66% white, 33% minority)
diversity --- funny funny the sales pitch that says don't worry your neighborhood is being overrun by new arrivals relax you will be gone in a few years.
dont worry be happy.

This must be a white guilt thing or something.
