ACORN probably should be closed and reorged if there is a need for the kind of work they do. I've seen companies fire everyone and start from scratch when too many problems crop up. Yes, the good get tossed out with the bad but sometimes that's the only way to "fix" anything.

I'd like to see the exact list on who voted which way, I haven't been able to find it yet.

I bet that those who voted against will include Barney Frank, Dennis Kucinich and Nancy Pelosi, and those who voted for it will include Ron Paul, Darryl Issa and Dana Rohrabacher.
