This should be fun it obamacare passes - hopefully there will be an injunction on the legislation and tied up in the courts for a while.

I don't think I've ever witnessed the public and individual states so opposed to legislation proposed by the WH and Congress. This is truly unprecedented.

I think it would be just grand if the states and individuals said "up yours" to the federal government and refused to comply with their unconstitutional laws.
Grandstanding for the sheep. No one will be forced to buy insurance. Fun fantasy but not true.

And I guess you all dont mind your precious tax dollars going to enrich these lawyers, do you?

I think Democrats are counting on this very thing happening. Tie it up in courts for years, meanwhile the federal government collect hundreds of billions in taxes with no expenses..

We're talking YEARS... On top of the fact that a successful fight of this will lead to such a presidence that it will fundamentally change Washington as we know it..

This might be the beginning to the end of Washington power over the states...

What?

Maybe you should actually read the bill where it talks about mandates for individuals/employers and the fines they will be assessed if they don't comply.

Where you been for the last year as obama and his minions have tried to defend this mandate?

Nice spin. If you don't buy it, you'll be fined.

Is there no lengths you will go to in spinning what is in this legislation?

Ah so you agree they are forced to buy it? And by the following response, you seem to be happy with such a proposal and insulting at the same time.

See what I did there?

Kind of like what you did.
