Homosexuality used to be illegal...and we are discussing if discrimination was not illegal.

I don't see how out of all of the parts of the constitution, parts of the 14th amendment is considered forcing moral beliefs on someone. The amendment clearly states "public" accomodation. Even though the restaraunt is owned by a private owner, it is within a public domain and as such discrimination is illegal. If he was to run a restaraunt in his own home, well thats a different story.
Lets get down to the basics.

Do you think it is right to force another to go against their beliefs?

If their belief infring on someone else's constitutional rights, you bet.

If there was a skin head, KKK or black panther that have the belief that they should exterminate those they hate, would you force them to go against their beliefs?

Interesting.
You have to come up with some sort of practical accommodation.... it was interesting enough to the Supreme Court.

The employer has to come up with some sort of accommodation.

The thing Im pointing out is that Rand Paul and his glib, shallow example imply "Save money -- dont hire the handicapped." See? He's just a weasely politician.

But they have the right to free speech,no matter how much you dislike it...

Acting upon it is another matter.

It appears you believe in taking away some peoples rights based upon your beliefs,I hope this is not the case.

Would you like to silence the KKK from speaking out?

They call it "forcing morality," but that just means they resent not being able to blatantly discriminate.
