Do you mean the lot on O Kelley Chapel, sandwiched b/w Stonecroft and Green Level Church? I believe it is owned by Food Lion.

Not exactly. I meant the 3 lots that was previously on auction. With the current re-alignment which crop part of the corner lot, I was wondering what the plan would be...

And for the land that you're referring to, though it is owned by Food Lion but I think they are also putting it up for sale.

According to the auction company, the proposed site plan would like something like this: http://ironhorseauction.com/auc_files.php?pfid=52244. It looks like a gas station and fast food place.

so is it a done deal the proposed plan would be what it looks like in the future or is it still subject to change by the auction result?

Does anyone know if this was officially approved?

I don't see anything on Cary's approved list that looks like it. They have placeholder numbers and a blank approval line on the title block. I would assume if they had an approved plan they would say so as it makes the land more valuable and sellable.

sounds reasonable. perhaps the proposed the plan was just one of the possibilities for the reference for bidders.
