Driving down NJ Parkway tonite and saw a man and woman on side of the road..Guy was changing a flat tire...Well, I glanced over and saw a woman next to him..............holy shat.... the lady had freaking full beard..I am talking like Abe Lincoln... I couldn't even speak and looked over at my husband in amazement and no words came out LOL> He had the same look on his face and I said, "did you see that woman? It was a bearded lady LOL>>>>>> and we both died laughing...He said yep, same thing that he saw! LOLIt was like something from the Geico commercials LOL>
That is the highlight of my night after this shtty day.
NJ- the other realtor has NO business telling info about their client and what he can and can't do , blah blah blah...save it for contract negogiating...
and yours is probably getting smoke blown up her bottom end...LOL what to believe from someone who suggested a short sale to you!!!!!!!!
Tex- why do you need to skim coat- can't you just lightly sand before priming?

The walls have a texture on them and I want them smooth. So, my bro suggested skim coating...it's a pain in the arse because I am not good at it. I wish I could hire Painter!
