I went for confident/assertive/outgoing. A woman can be confident but "good and nice". The difference between a boring woman and a cool one is that one is not trying to prove she is nice or good. That shows lack of confidence.
Confidence also allows for assertiveness when the time calls for it, for example, uses it to get her out of trouble, not into it (as in ruffling feathers). She can still remain a "good and nice" girl most of the time.
Confidence also allows for an outgoing personality if the woman chooses to be. Either way, it is the confidence or lack of that defines her, not the other adjectives.
