I hate to say it but, if in fact there was a photo/video taken, the chances of the OP being able to find and delete all copies significantly dropped when she let the issue carry over beyond that night.
that are probably past the point of even getting off his phone and even if i did get to his phone they are all probably long since uploaded somewhere else?
they have laws for that....as he would find out as soon as i found any videos surfacing online (good luck proving it wasn't consensual me!). until then would be running around acting like the sky is falling when the evidence of him being a tool was right in front of my nose the whole time.
i would have to share some of the personal responsibility for allowing him to even bring out the phone and continue on ignoring the obvious warning signs
