Ugh. Sex is over rated. But then again, I survived without it for 4 decades and when I experience it, it's meh at best.
And I think it's normal for sex frequency to wane as years go by? We went from 2-3 times a day to once a day to 2x a week to once a week to once a month. LOL. I also am the one initiating more lately.
I really don't care. It's not the end all and be all for me. I also think you being stress after work is a factor. My husband is the same whenever I mount him which is EVERY night, he always whines he is tired and I ALWAYS said I don't care. LOL. For me mounting him at night and canoodling is enough.

Maybe the OP doesn't need to talk to an MD. Maybe he needs to see a counselor for possible depression and relationship issues.

He fessed up when called on it. I never allow porn to interfere with the essential business of marital bonding. If it means laying off the stuff for a few hours before date night comes around, it's a small sacrifice to make. At 20, however, ... at 20 I could do both simultaneously... and again three hours later and again ... either they don't make 20 year old's like they used to anymore or the one under discussion needs to see a doctor.

He's actually closer to 30. He said "late 20's". But still. I agree w/you--that's how the 20-somethings I knew were, but we've had quite a few guys on this forum who say your description at 20 is totally unrealistic. They say 2-3 times/week is the most any 20-something can handle.
But...whatever. The OP does seem to need some kind of professional evaluation and help.
Guys in their 20s who can't perform are becoming more and more common. sadly.
Too much porn and processed food. It also causes this epidemic of depression and anxiety IMO (unhealthy food). I have not heard about this problem in other countries.
Some quick background: both in late 20s, first relationship for both of us, have been together 3 years, have had some issues (particularly communication issues - I'm not great at sharing everything with her, and she usually shuts down and ignores me) and are currently going to couples counseling (not sure how much progress we've made).
The current issue: we only have sex around once a month. I'm generally not in the mood, for a combination of factors (I hate my job and it's stressful so when I get home I just want to relax; my sex-drive has generally gone down; I feel that the sessions last too long (45-50 minutes) and I get bored in the middle of them; she's gained a bit of weight since we first started dating, and I've lost some physical attraction to her; she has complained about her weight in the past but puts no effort into it, even though I try to encourage her to join me when working out, to eat healthier with me).
it is cruel and selfish and sends the message to your partner that they aren't good enough. You are sabotaging the relationship with such behavior.
that is true, when i am dating a girl no porn, but when i am single all bets are off.
