That is what I said, no need to bold it as if I'm some blind old ninnyhammer! Emotionally healthy people establish their own boundaries (did the OP do that?); however, people make mistakes and you enforce boundaries by turning off the phone or not answering it whenever she calls 20 times within the hour. Pretty obvious how that works.
