Gotta say I agree, do it because YOU want to (losing the weight, looking good, etc). Quite honestly, I wouldn't want to be married to someone so unsupportive and shallow. If you want to make your marriage work, and I would say that be the first step with having such young children, seek out professional help.

Unfortunately it sounds like your husband hasn't been committed to your marriage in a long time (online affair, etc).

i think the problem not with you,is with him,probably he cant do it anymore because his old habit,made him not willing or felling week to have sex with.ask your Dr about that.

i have a good question, would you have lost weight, if he desired to have a physical intmacy with you, without any refute from him?. Because i personally would still sleep with my wife, but i would also encourage her to loose weight for her own health benefit.
