If she had found it in his nightstand, I would say that it might be a medical problem he is hiding from her.
The fact that it is in his travel bag makes me think it is used on his trips WITHOUT her.
I wouldn't beat him with a baseball bat, but I would make sure I got the truth out of him.
I agree about the nightstand, maybe guys won't lie to their wives about using Viagra but I can understand why they wouldn't want them to know.

Some guys use the stuff on the DL and just don't tell their girlfriends/wives about it from day one. I am in this boat, when I finally told her (the now wife) she didn't care, and prefers that I use it, so she doesn't have to spend forever in foreplay. Now I don't know why someone else's name is on the bottle, but maybe he doesn't want to be found out. Also anyone who pays US prescription prices fo this stuff is an idiot. You can buy it mail order from India for 1/10 of the cost.

Ladies, ED is very personal with us guys and I can see where it could be a problem we don't anyone to know about, even our wives. If the wife doesn't know and he's been faithful and using he's going to be embarrassed, ashamed and threatened all at one time. If innocent he'll feel trapped when confronted. Women need to remember we guys are just an extension of our penises and we treasure our little buddies.
Come to think of it if I wanted to hide something from my wife where would be the last place she would ever look? Yeah, I would put it in my travel bag. It's in the bathroom, it's handy and it is the very last place she would ever look.
