Why do you have a problem with questions being asked?
I don't, but childish "Why, Daddy, Why" questions about what IS are just annoying. Things are the way they are because that is how our Reality functions. We can discover many answers to HOW it functions, but the why questions are beyond our scope (or pay grade, as some would say).

How do you know so much of gods mind?
I encountered God's consciousness and merged with it making what I consider a quantum entangled connection. God's nature became crystal clear to me and I use that nature to extrapolate what is and is not consistent with it when answering your questions. God is always with me in that respect so denying God is not an option for me.
If we had a choice to be born or not, did we have a choice to be the spirit in the beginning?
No. I believe (and LDS doctrine teaches) that God created our spirits out of highly refined matter that was co-eternal with Him. We had no say in His choice to create our spirits (because we did not exist as cognizant beings before He created us), but we did have a choice as to whether to participate in the mortal experience, with the understanding that, as hard as it might be, it would be worth it in the end.
In my denomination, it is referred to as "Outer Darkness." There is not much in the way of what I would call "official LDS doctrine" on this subject, a fact which I suspect is due to the fact that so few individuals will end up there. I could go into more detail on the circumstances in which a person might find himself in Outer Darkness, but I'm not sure that's really what you're asking about. It is reserved for those who have come to a perfect knowledge of who God is and who, regardless of that knowledge, will stand before Him and deny Him. It's not just a place where so-called "bad people" end up going.
This takes us into some pretty deep LDS doctrine, which I hesitate to delve into at this point. I wouldn't mind doing so in another thread devoted to the subject, but I have a real thing about hijacking other people's threads to talk in much detail about my beliefs. To answer your question as briefly as I can, I believe this life (even if it ends up being over 100 years) is but a split second in time when compared with eternity. I believe we need to have the experiences of mortality in order to be able to move to the next step in our progression.

What a wonderful father you must be or must have been.
For those christians who do say that christianity doesn't need to be fair, I suggest when you proselytize that you start out with that little gem: "Just so you know, christianity and god are not fair". Let the "buyer" be aware of what he's in for.
Such questions are acceptable and appropriate from one's little children. They are not from supposedly mature adults.
So at what age did you start mocking your kids when they had, unacceptable and inappropriate to you, questions?
