I've heard it helps if you sleep somewhat propped up, so the crap in the lungs doesn't cover the entire lung surface. We asthmatics know that night, when we're flat in bed, is a bad time for our lungs. The body's natural defenses at their lowest then, too.

Don’t get this misery if possible. Everyone take care of yourselves.

Oh and a big shout out to BrightDogLover and all the nurses and aides and techs in or were in the medical field. You are the unsung heroes of our time. The doctors would be nothing without you.
Oh wow, hope you are much better soon! This year is a bad one. Take care.

You must have been ill if they kept you for 4 days. Glad you pulled through and yes, isn't it nice to have kitty to come to. We had a neighborhood wine tasting party scheduled for tonight but the hosts canceled due to the flu. Most responses were it's best to just stay away from people these days due to the flu.

Get well

Agreed! Works for my Sarcoidosis issues too. That’s why I love hospital beds. You can adjust them and they stay up in the position where you put them.

Yeah that’s probably smart unless everyone wears a mask. But it’s hard to sip wine that way unless you use a straw.

Thanks. Not too bad first night home. Actually got up the energy to wash some dishes. So proud.

Thank you.

Our idiot major shut down our hospital, long story, now it’s a trauma center. So the trauma center has to find room at the next nearest hospitals and send people via ambulance. The closest hospital is already overflowing so they have to be sent to hospitals that can take them farther away.

Guess who won’t be re-elected next term?
