I finally remembered. Her name is Eliza and she's a widow. She talked about her kids, house, retirement, and purses. She lives? in Philadelphia and belongs to a church in Clementon, New Jersey. She likes to cook and entertain. She could live anywhere as long as she had a good kitchen.
Do you remember CCc girl? She was very active and I think they were planning a move, maybe to FL. She hasn't been around for over two years and she was a regular poster. I sometimes wonder what happened to her.
CCcgirl, I have often thought (and missed her). I enjoyed what she had to say.
Into 2nd month with Bell's Palsy. Some days I think it is getting better, other days not so much. I am sleeping too much, my life is a series of zzzzzzzzz's
There are several posters I've known over the years, Elkhunter was the mod for the Montana forums when I joined. He ran a tight ship but was ways welcoming and willing to help anyone. He had a Border Collie service dog he really loved that was with him to the end.
There was a great old man, Montana Griz that I really enjoyed chatting with, but he was in his 80s and I Haven't heard from him in a long time.
There was a poster that lived back east, Mac Muz who was a buckskiner. Loved to dress up like an Indian from the French and Indian War time frame. He was just gone one day. Haven't heard from him in years.
There have been some great members of City-Data. I miss them.
I miss Montana Griz, too. Had some nice "conversations" with him. Interesting man.

Eliza posted on another retirement forum 3 weeks ago, does not post as often as before and uses a different screen name than on CD but I know it is her. Seems to be doing well - going to Iceland in February. I also worry about those regulars who stopped posting, especially during this time of COVID.

Sorry to hear that. I know life has thrown you many curves. My hopes for things moving forward to be as good as possible!
I also enjoyed his posts. If I remember correctly, just before he stopped posting, he mentioned a trip to Florida that he was looking forward to.
Clark was from my neck of the woods. I hope he is OK. He grew up in a nearby city.
