yes - I do not like hot stuff - My dad is probably rolling in his grave. He would have to have a serrano pepper with each meal - just take bites of it as he ate!
We have some wild peppers growing in our back acre - very hot. Need to go out there tomorrow and harvest some for the roommate - he blends them up with tomatoes.
Will they still be open in 22 years? Having too many options can be paralyzing for many people. Sure there may be 1,500 pizza parlors in Manhattan, but how different are they?
Cant say without trying them all … most are no different on the pizza but the dishes they make can vary.
We have our pizza places for pizza , others for the calzones , still other when we want the widest choice of pizza types , and others for the food
If your doctor is ordering that you receive them (I assume that's what it would take for a Medicare-paid service), I would think the diet he/she also prescribes or recommends factors in. But of course I don't know for sure. They'd probably be fine with me; I'm not finicky.
As far as the local meals, everyone gets the same thing.
Are you referring to Meals on Wheels? Senior centers usually also offer a free meal at the center and even to those who want to drive by and pick up a frozen one. Yeah, those are the same for everyone.
I got the meals from my Medicare Advantage plan, 14 meals delivered all at once, frozen. They were disgusting, I hope prisoners are fed better. Grey hotdogs, pasty hamburgers, sodden french fried and watery mashed potatoes. A TV dinner is infinitely better than what I got. Get them if you want something to feed to the chickens, or maybe your dog. My chickens loved the meals.
I looked up the company that supplied the meals from the info on the box. Forgot the name already, but reading the promises of quality, healthy, attractive meals for all tastes and dietary issues and then looking at what they actually send you will give you a big laugh.

Our area is actually known as the restaurant capital of queens .
So while we have 150 places that door dash will deliver from there is likely hundreds more for pick up in a 5 mile radius .
Plus there are other services that have different restaurants like grub hub ,seamless and Uber eats .
We pick up or have meals delivered at least 2x a week …
But door dash was a life saver when we were both down with covid … we needed no daily help thanks to them delivering all our meals.
They will even deliver just alcoholic drinks or deserts
