That's right. Have you ever seen the grafitti on overhead highway signs? I'm always curious how those Gang Monkey's get up there. I wouldn't mind one falling onto the highway and getting run over.

When I first moved to Westcreek back in the late 1980's the Association use to recognize a Yard of the Month in each area. It really promoted a sense of community pride. We all were out there every weekend competing and hoping our yard would win. Of course not every yard could be selected but you know what ... the community looked great and when the community looks great, we are all winners!

Those Gang Monkey's (LMAO!) climbed up onto a second story of a relatively new building on Culebra....totally tagged the whole upstairs section of the dr's office.....I'm sure the climb was no problem for them, but dang, they had to be up there for a long time to smear all that paint on. I can't believe no one saw them, but they're like roaches in the night. Luckily it got covered up within a few days.

If one fell and got run over, Mama Monkey would sue and say her Lil' Monkey was a good lil' monkey and this is so unfair.

Silver Creek now has electronic signs....they are nice! Much better than the removable letter signs we had.

The current HOA budget does not have money for Security Officers. This could lead to a special assessment until they build it into next year's budget.

I'm sure that most would be fine with it. It needs to be done. It's only a matter of time before a homeowner is injured/killed the way things are going.

Before they built the new Community Center we had a portable building. Did we rent the portable building or buy it. If we bought it, did we sell it after the new center was open and if so, for how much and where is the money?

I checked the old minutes on the website but could not find a record of what happened with the portable building? I may have overlooked it but not so sure.

That is only a matter of wanting to shift some budget lines around. $48K in this year's budget for major fence repair which has now been shifted to homeowners. $7K for telephones. Should EASILY be able to come up with $50K right there. There is no need to even talk about raising assessments. Fix the $1Million budget!
