Plenty of people would be thrilled to work in the factories. Bring them back too.

My post in this thread was post number 85. - "I always loved Lindt peanut butter truffles. For some reason they discontinued them."

Disgustedman posted a link to Amazon about them. If you clicked on and looked at the Amazon link he posted you would have seen that Amazon says:

Currently unavailable.
We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.

The reason they don't have them available is because they are no longer being made, as I stated in my post about them. So, no - he didn't find a place to buy them. There is no place where you can buy them, because they no longer make them.

There are other places you can find online where it looks as if they are sold - Kroger, Walmart and a few others besides Amazon. None of these places actually have them for sale. They no longer exist. Such a shame, but I know for a fact that they are impossible to obtain. I've tried!

And to Disgustedman - I do really appreciate that you tried to help me, but Amazon doesn't and won't have them, ever.

I loved these so much and just hate that I can no longer get them anywhere.
I have noticed at holiday time (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) that there are Lindt truffle flavors that you don't see year round such as pumpkin. They may have the peanut butter ones out during these times only.

Does anyone remember the name. Seems to me it started with a "D".

Denorex with coal tar.

I can still find it, but its only at 1 hardware store in my major city that I am aware of, and they never have more than a few boxes on the shelf. Also the dark pinky color Lysol Concentrate, another one that's still there, but far and few between. No better cleaners imho.

In the 50's I remember the big Shreaded Wheat. One was a breakfast. In the box or maybe the box top was a mail in for kids toys. I remember my grandmother sending one in for a bugle. bet she regretted that.
Any way the cereal was pretty unique and tasty.

Tweezers - I bought these a few years ago and they work pretty good - and cheap! Sometimes you can find them in hardware store

I saw them in PA the other night but didn't buy any and I should have!

Walmart still sells the Shredded Wheat large biscuits.

Also Walmart did sell the Lysol concentrate in the brown bottle in the past year or so. Not sure if they still do.

They did change the formulation...

I had an old box in the garage and compared it to the new one I bought at Ace Hardware...

Dark green Spearmint Tic Tacs. Can’t find them anywhere anymore. The only flavor of Tic Tacs that I like.
They now have Tic Tac Gum that is the same dark green, and tgey look like Tic Tacs but they’re tiny little pieces of gum. I saw them a couple of weeks ago and bought a box thinking the company had finally brought back my flavor! What a disappointment!
