And it seems there were no homes built in that time frame on San Diego, San Moreno or on Seabreeze, the 3 streets up near Emerald Point.

There were homes built on all the streets you listed well before 04. Seabreeze has one of the most call in's of all of West port. You sure know everything there buddy.

I know there were some older homes there. You said you built your home after you bought your lots in 2004, there were no homes built in that time frame (2004-2007) on the streets mentioned.
I know quite a bit about when homes were built in that area and when you said you built yours in West Port, on the street just outside Emerald Pointe, just could not be. Speaks to your credibility and is the only reason I bring it up.
