Best Western Plus just opened a new location on Interstate 20. A new Holiday Inn Express in about to break ground beside the Wal-Mart on Interstate 20. Kent Kwik & Baskin Robins are opening at the corner of Holiday Hill & Briarwood. CVS is opening across from that. A new medical office is under construction just down Briarwood and a new bank beside that. Kent Kwik just opened a new truck stop and restaurant FM 1788 & 158.

A new restaurant, Basin Burger House, just opened downtown. And new apartments, Brownstone Apartments, are planning to break ground downtown. Gateway Apartments are now open in Gateway Plaza. City of Midland is planning on expansion for Horseshoe Arena. New apartments under construction at Wadley and Loop 250. New apartments under construction at Graceland Drive. New apartments under construction in the ClayDesta Center.

Apartments are under construction in Gateway Plaza next the new ones that just opened. An office complex is also under construction. Three hotels are also soon to break ground.

Fiver Guys Burgers & Fries, Cheddars, Genghis Grill, Popeyes, Wing Stop and Golden Corral have opened locations at Music City Mall in Odessa.
