Here's a question- when these women have so much work done that they become unrecognizable (Traylor, Alexis, etc.), what happens when their children look like them? Do they disapprove of their babies? Do they feel their daughters need work too?
I don't find her pretty either, I would say for a reality housewife she is pretty in comparison, but just as a person, no. She's really just average, (maybe a little above,) but well groomed enough to seem like she might be very pretty if you don't look too closely.

Something's up with that upper lip and the largely immobile area above it. I hate to say it, but Tamra was correct. Maybe not in her approach, but right about Gretchen having done what she ridiculed the others for doing.
