No way was Francis's dish worse than Daniel's or Willie's. Very bad decision by the judges.
I was happy to see Malibu Ken (Leslie) win a challenge for once. He's a good cook. And he chose wisely when he picked the caramelle for the other chefs to make. I knew some chefs would over-think the challenge and go way outside what was required (many of them didn't even use mozzarella).
I think the two mystery boxes would've worked better if the chefs had to pick one box before seeing what's inside.

I agree... I thought Willie was out. But, the fact that they sent Francis home.. And, if i'm not mistaken, this was his first time in the bottom 3.. Leads me to believe that the re-entry episode is next week or the week after.
I don't think they eliminate Francis if he doesn't have a shot at quickly coming back.
I'd say week after next, there's a re-entry.. Because they wouldn't be able to do it with the challenge next week.
Next week would make more sense, though.. because everyone would be "in the top 10", then someone comes back, and someone else gets eliminated at #11.. Think that's how they did it in S3.

^ I had a feeling Francis was being set up to return, because Willie's and Daniel's dishes were much worse than Francis's. Also, Francis didn't act like a contestant truly leaving in his confessional after elimination. He may know he's coming back. I like Willie, but I think his time has come to go.
I did not get why Leslie won for lining up the steak, the pork chop, and the fish on a plate and calling it a dish? Others used more imagination. Leslie is competent, but is so annoying that they probably keep him around for the ick factor.
Francis was a sweet guy, but pink pasta? No.
Leslie is a big front runner he may end up winning this- I liked him from the start- I like a couple of others too- we shall see..
I agree with this logic completely - except that this show like all other reality contests follows a pattern of Male then Female then Male then Female. Since Luca won last season, we'll get a Female this time.
i still dont know how some sweet pasta with raspberry goop wasnt the worst
that other cat made an error of trying to "add color" by using beet juice yes
but a pasta desert is a far worst atrocity imo
