So far, most states have been sensible with this matter. Making someone responsible for a stolen gun, that is used in a crime, is like making them responsible for having their car stolen and the thief runs over and kills someone. Sad to say, it can happen. But best to check your state laws; especially if in CA, MA, CT, NY, NJ, MD, IL, HA for example.

I don't advocate leaving guns laying around even if there are no kids in the house. I keep mine locked up, except for the one I carry everyday. But people do all the time.

It's a part of the show. Do Nate and Patty bear any responsibility in the shooting?

Ok, insult my intelligence. The last few back and forth posts had nothing to do with the show.

I wonder what John Ridley has in store for us in tonight's episode? I know there's only two more left, but I think there'll be another shocking incident before this series is over. I'm curious to know what Sebastian's true motives are for wanting to take on Leyland.

Have to say, I almost felt sorry for Kevin in tonight's episode

And Sebastian is about as scary as Eric...

1. What's the deal with Evy? Was she lying about what happened at Marshall? What was she covering up for Taylor?
2. Sebastian is CRAZY!!!!
3. While I understand a mother's love, I don't agree with her idea that "they drove him to it." Taylor made a series of choices that led him to where he is now.

Did Becca say she sold drugs to Taylor? Either way, how does it help Becca for her Mom to say she did, how does discounting Taylor's story help her? She still sold drugs - that doesn't change.

I missed Sebastian being crazy - what did he do?

Before Taylor shot Wes, he seemed like he was flying high on way more than just pot. I missed the part where the Dan's daughter sold him drugs, but I assumed she sold him something harder than pot. However, Dan and his wife keep commenting that it was "just pot." Did I miss something?
