Well, that's better photography than this, but this was taken in winter also. Great photography. by the way! I like your pictures in general.
The second one of yours looks like it was right near Seattle Center. Where do you go to get that angle where the city skyline is farther in the backdrop like that? Makes the space needle appear like it's towering over the city, but it's just that the needle's in the foreground of the skyscrapers that are on the other side of town.
By the way, I deleted the attachment in my original post and linked the image here instead.

The 2nd pic was taken at the waterfront looking northeast.
The ones with the skyline as the backdrop are taken at Kerry Park which is on Highland Ave. on Queen Ann Hill.
