I'm stunned to see my preferences are still higher than both dhdh and deneb78.
My preferences change almost daily; today I'd say my ideal December and January are both around 23°C (20/26°C & 19/27°C respectively) while my ideal July and August are about 29°C (25/33°C & 26/32°C respectively) - both of which are cooler than your ideal I presume

What's your ideal coldest month & hottest month stats?

You are clearly more a hardcore heat lover than I am; I would not enjoy >35°C temps on a daily basis,

though once in a while that would be great - I recall savouring a 30/37°C day in Delhi (are you sweating just reading that?) - after a week, I got REALLY tired of it though and wished it got down to the lower 30°C's in the afternoon (instead, sadly, just before I left, the weather switched to a tepid rainy 27°C max)

As a general rule, my deep comfort zone is 27-32°C; what's yours?

The updated rain/sun scale:

And the updated temperature scale (this is my version, based on Dhdh's data, and with the preferences expressed since then added onto):

And Cambium, I'm proud to have another -10er here . Welcome to the club.

My preferences change a lot too. I want a lot more rain and more sunshine then I posted originally.

It looks like one person is listed at 10, 10 -- Superluminal but he/she should be 10, -10.

I was going to say looks like Superluminal is my nemesis being on opposite ends. LOL But year, that made me so cozy looking at it. Cold Winters. Cool Summers.

That is one cool experiment/chart/idea!

The bottom right of the chart is logically impossible. Some of the points have warmer winters than summers. Maybe they should be grayed out if possible?

Sunshine +6
Rain -3

I recently visited Bowen, Queensland.
They seem to be the driest part of the Queensland coast, averaging less than 900mm a year.
It is definitely green enough for me there though,
while vegetation looks a little more stunted from lack of rain than around Townsville.

I could potentially find rain at "0" or higher (even less rain) optimum,
but I would have to see how the vegetation grows.

I generally prefer high amounts of sunshine, with high totals but short-lived rainfall events.

Orangestad, Aruba might be close to perfection on that note. (deneb78's most favourite?)
