I would like to be added to the Temperature scale chart.

For Temperature scale:
In Fahrenheit version Average High/Low for Coldest month: 35/17 24 hour average of that:26

Those same exact temperatures in Celsius form: 2/-8 24 hour of this:-3

In Fahrenheit version Average High/Low in Warmest month: 92/68 24 hour average of this:80

Those same exact temperatures in Celsius form: 33/20 24 hour average of this:26.5

The number in that winter scale:-4
The number in that summer scale:+4

I also would like to be added to the Clouds/Rain and Sun Scale Chart too.

-10 Rain: Annual Precipitation between 50 inches to 85 inches.

-2 Clouds/Sunshine: Annual sunshine hours between 2,286-2,429.

I would like:
Winter: -10
Summer: -10

What can I say, I love cold.

Where I live it's:
Winter: -6
Summer: -6

Close but slightly too warm for my tastes. I like it cloudy with rapid changes in weather and I'm quite happy about that aspect here.

and your ideal climate? Curious if you're the most extreme heat lover of the forum.

So do I. Welcome to the -10 club . You're the fourth participant here that has scored at -10/-10. Kaul, Cambium, and Patricius Maximus (myself) comprise the other three -10ers.

I had no idea that so many people here would score at -10. It's puzzling as to how there's such a distinct cluster at that one point . In any case, since I score there myself I'm not complaining .

I'd also like to welcome you to the forum. I hope you'll stick around and add to our discussions here. It's great to have fresh, new arrivals. I hope you'll post your dream climatic averages, assuming you've fleshed them out. I'm curious as to what they are, and if it follows the -10/-10 criteria here I'd probably take a liking to it as well.

Yes, I would really like to see the scale figures for your ideal climate. Whether you're the most extreme heat-lover here or not is uncertain, but there's only one way to find out .

Thanks. I'm quite glad to have found what seems to be an active weather forum with its share of cold lovers. Where I live most people seem to only like extreme heat (27+°) and sunshine. I've no idea how it's possible at 60° N latitude, one would assume they've got used to the cool and wet climate by now.

I haven't really fleshed out my ideal climate but I'd like the lowest monthly average temperatures to be around -35° to -40° C and highest around 8-10° C with a smooth transition between them throughout the year, giving time to experience different temperature ranges. Plenty of cloud cover and lots of snow as well. Barrow or Deadhorse in Alaska seem to fit the bill best.

Oooh...That was colder than I was expecting. Suffice it to say that when you do flesh your averages out they will be among the coldest dream climates ever posted. With your entrance we possibly have our first member who has a Dfd dream climate. That's colder than what I like. Still, I don't think your sort of climate is too bad.

It reminds me of a Siberian climate, only cooler in summer and much wetter. A wet Deadhorse would be quite interesting, especially with all the snow that would result.
