Awesome summary. I agree. Snow definetly wouldnt last through the column coming down especially because its so warm at the surface. Had it been even just 35F at the surface than maybe different scenario. Fun stuff.

Windchill on Mt Washington is 12.9°F.

The lowest temperature on record for first 5 days of September here is low 40s. Sad.
36F at Danbury
46F at Bridgeport

Interesting that the lowest temp at BDL(Windsor Locks, CT) in all of September of 2012 was 42°(24th/25th) yet they might hit that tonight (6th)

Lowest temp at BTV(Burlington,VT) in all of September of 2012 was 39°(20th) yet they might go below that tonight (6th)

Lowest temp at BDR(Bridgeport, CT) in all of September of 2012 was 48°

Lowest temp at BFD(Bradford, PA) in all of September of 2012 was 34°

Some people do care and would like to hear about it. If you're not interested in our weather than don't post instead of criticizing. And where are you getting 10°C from? My forecast low tonight is 3°C.

Quite cool. In contrast, the low was 20.4°C/68.7°F in the Latin quarter, central Paris. Strong UHI, Melun (outer suburbs) dipped to 13.8°C/56.8°F.
