Here is mine, Santander city which is located 390 km away north, which is a solid Cfb climate that still has rainless summers, although it's not a strong dry season at all as we really have here in central and southern parts of Iberian peninsula:

Probably somewhere along Essex or Kent, but I would say Portsmouth area is the best beaches near to me..

Weather in summer is usually in the low 20s, mostly sunny and sea temperatures at the moment are about 20C/21C

Like Santander, there is a notable 'dry season' along the south coast around Portsmouth in summer, although it is not really a strong one at all

Nearest beach is only 4 km (2.5 miles) south of me, we have a city beach here, which is clean and there are even some facilities in return you have to pay a small entrance fee of 1.50 €.

This is the case in most places here at the coast which have beaches. Is it the same in Spain that you have to pay a fee once you enter the beach?

The nearest beach would be Ispoinen, it's like 15 minutes with the bus. The weather is obviously the same as here, 29.9C and mostly clear. The water temp is 24.0C. The beaches are obviously free. Nobody would dare to ask for payment.

I have been to beaches in quite a few countries including Spain and have never had to pay to enter!

No, it's not. All the beaches I've been here are for free.

Probably somewhere between Rijeka or Senj. The water temperature is currently between 24 and 25c there, but it will get warmer due to more heat that's coming.

All the way from Porto, Portugal, to Brest, France, is a coastal section which has oceanic Cfb climate with some rainless summer, being not strong dry season at all. From Brest to Denmark it turns into early springs as slightly rainless season, but as you said before some southern coastal places of England still have sligthly rainless summers.

I guess the northward migration of Azores high in summer months makes its influence from Porto to Brest.
Well, it makes its influence anywhere south of Porto too, but there is not oceanic Cfb climate, but mediterranean one, you know.

So, the question is:
Why are some places in southern coast of England being slightly rainless in summer when their southern counterparts in French Normandy coasts, French Picardy coasts and Belgium coasts aren't?
