Wow, that's some impressive heat coming up for Seattle/Portland. Looks like Vancouver will be missing most of it as our forecasts are predicting highs mainly in the high 20s. Even if it goes up a few degrees warmer than that it will only just tie the heatwave we had at the end of June/start of July in 2013.
I'm gonna be in Saskatoon for a couple weeks which is looking like it's gonna be in the high 20s/low 30s as well during that time, so I should be getting my share of summer warmth either way (and hopefully a thunderstorm or two? )

Hopefully it's only 35ºC and not 40ºC in Osoyoos on July 1st so I can enjoy Canada Day somewhat
