Such a shame. Foxcroft Towne Center progress is almost non-existent as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bon-Ton goes out of business soon. Their stick price right now is like $0.32, so some sort of bankruptcy and downsizing is almost inevitable.

I fear Martinsburg is seen as not being retail-friendly. Even the Commons has lots of vacant space.

The Martinburg Bon Ton seems okay, however the Valley Mall Bon Ton is closing in February 2018.

I think the Staples space is still empty, but I think Staples is the one subletting that.

I wouldn't be so sure. There is a possibility to entire Bon-Ton chain could fold completely. Some other department store chains might pick up some of their nicer, more profitable locations, but I can't imagine the Martinsburg store would fall into that category. I'm think of stores in closer proximity to major metro regions.

At least 4 small spaces are vacant on the eastern side of the property (to the right of Logan's).

In fact, some of those have always been vacant.

Staples is also still vacant aside from the seasonal Spirit Halloween.

That's still not lots ..... Nobody is going to be dumb & rent those tiny areas... What would they put in there that they meet the rent? Nothing!
