it's a beautiful house with a lot of space but this place is a nightmare waiting to happen!! MAJOR MAJOR SEWAGE PROBLEMS!! drainage from house out to sewage pipe is broken in 4 places and will back up every 6 mos or so regardless of how careful you are with toilet paper ect...then the toilet back up goes straight down into the finished basement and floods down there with nasty sewage water. had to pay a plumber hundreds of dollars 2-3 per year to come and fix it and then replace everthing in the basement, the first floor carpet gets flooded from it and all that has to be replaced....it's a NIGHTMARE! had a professional estimate done and the cheapest to dig up entire front yard into the street and replace pipes cheapest was 5500 and up. there is a big PCV pipe that runs from the basement in the back of the house out straight through the backyard and out to the street to constantly pump the water from under the house. every 15 mins you hear a giant "BOOM!!" the floor shakes & water shoots out of this pvc pipe into the area at the back of the yard right by the fence and shoots out water and it is constantly wet and muddy! this happens day and night!!!
