Found no hot running water at hot water faucet under city pressure in men's bathroom, at time of complaint inspection, water temperature was at 38.9F, citation issued.
Found/observed front entrance door not rodent proofed, door had 1/2 inch gap in middle of door, also found rear exit door not rodent proofed, door had 1/4 inch gap on left corner of door, citation issued.
Walk in cooler shelving that had rust, shall be repaired, caulk around front exposed hand sink, shall be repaired/replaced, counter shelving inside cabinet had rust, shall be repaired. Non food contact surfaces of large mixer that had rust, peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving, ice machine, prep table lower shelving not clean, need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Light shields in kitchen prep areas, and bsmt storage areas not clean, need detailed cleaning.
No visible back flow preventer on ice machine, coffee machines, must show placement of back flow preventer devices.
Excess debris and clutter in bsmt storage areas, and under stairs, shall be removed. stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.
