This guy is not as controversial as Ted Nugent, I guess. We have guides, and all kinds of well known people committing offenses that are a lot worse than Ted Nugent's misdemeanor each year.

It's a pity that Ted Nugent is so controversial. Poor man, he's tried very hard to avoid that sort of thing. xD

At one end you have some of these brave souls walking and shouting to get the deer moving. On the sides and other end of this patch of woods you have other hero's waiting for the deer to literally trip over them, and then -- BAM! BAM! BAM! -- a dead deer or two.

After that, all the great white hunters gather at a local watering hole and talk (for hours and hours) about their heroic hunt while the gutted out deer remains securely tied to the hood of their vehicle.
Oh for **@! sake....that's illegal ...Ray, you can pipe in abt the regs now.

Hunting is allowed by the law, but poaching is not. How about having a politically correct local poacher killing for food? Would that be OK?

Hunting in accordance to the hunting laws always is the correct way to keep one out if jail, and this too is what's most respected by the locals. You are talking about respect and all kinds of stuff that have nothing to do with hunting, but with feeling good about yourself.

A simple misspell. That was all.

The closest I have been to SE Alaska is Sitka, and only because the AF paid my way to repair an A-10 aircraft that broke down and had to land over there

By the way, after repairing the A-10 I had the chance to do some halibut fishing. It was real good, but the only way to get the thing onboard was after popping it on the head with a shotgun shot. Not pretty, but it worked

Cannot use radios while hunting. Thought you'd catch that one.
