The dems are going to screw our economy up and try to screw us out of our constitutionally protected rights. I'll say what I've said elsewhere: secession is the answer. Secede Alaska, secede...I'm joining the AIP the minute I can.

Do they:

A. Keep the same coalition (free market capitalists and the hate subculture of Christianity) and appeal to the South, and not much else?

B. Try to incorporate the old Rockefeller wing of Moderate/Liberals back into the mix, in which case the Fundamentalists must leave.

C. Finally come to grips with New Deal, and alienate the far-out capitalists?

Or:

D. Divide along sectional lines as the Whigs did over slavery, and have a complete rebirth as something else?
I think the republicans themselves would like the answers...we all know there is a need to re-group, just like the democrats needed to do a few years ago..Time marches on, changes happen and rebuilding continues...

no they won't...they'll change the constitution so you won't have any rights to be screwed out of.

If Alaska secedes, I'm moving there!

From where I'm sitting, our economy is already screwed up. What else do you see happening?

What constitutional rights do you see being taken away from American citizens?

Once he appoints his judges, and they start legislating based on empathy and feelings (as Obama has said he wants them to do), we won't have to guess at what rights will be taken away from us. It will become very clear.

What he said was that Supreme Court appointees should have the heart, the empathy to understand what it's like to be a young teenage mother, to be poor, or African-American, or gay, or disabled, or old.
