While that would appear to make no sense, you can't disprove it, and we must have faith that it means Something to the driver, if not to us.
I'm sure that we are all aware of the Advanced Logic (1) of 'Humptyism'. As has been argued, it is perfectly legitimate to make up your own meanings for words or new words for old meanings; and if nobody understands what the heck you are talking about, it is somehow their fault, not Humpty's.
(1) Sorry, an unfamiliar term. It's what used to be called "God's Logic" in the old days but hasn't been heard for a while.
It reads: "God's Logic" (obs.) ;- "Illogic" in the Theist-English dictionary.
