That is such an incredibly bad idea. The people of Atlanta can barely act civilized in the apartments they're leasing...people in AirBnB's...God help the people in adjacent units.

Yeah, don't see this ending well.

I've seen a few apartment complexes go this route. Must have given up on catching people trying to do it, i guess from their side this at least gives them some control over the situation and a cut of the $ to deal with the problems.

Cyan, though only a few years old, is already looking well worn inside. The hallways have visible stains, the parking deck looks dirty with glass busted out on entrance doors allowing people to just walk in and have access to the parked cars, etc.

The street accessing all of these highrises is narrow and cramped. I don't care for the environment in general.

My friend there was renting an AirBnB unit a few months ago.

The reviews of this place are awful...and some units are $3000/month.

Wonder what the folks who live in the Mansion think about all this carrying on?

I really hate AirBnBs. It’s called a hotel or an extended stay hotel, use them. At least those are regulated for bed bugs and health codes. And you don’t pay crazy cleaning fees. Leave long-term properties for the RESIDENTS and LOCALS that actually need them.

Anything to avoid lowering the rent I guess.

Not always. Nor are they regulated for drug users and dealers.

Some are great. Others are not.
