I thought this was a Spurs thread. I couldn't care less about the ups and downs of the Lakers or Heat. What I want San Antonio to do is defeat the Lakers in the upcoming playoffs in whatever round they happen to meet. Now that would be something to talk about.

Then you don't care about the Spurs having home court throughout the playoffs.

The Bulls in particular are a young but very tough home team, they need any edge they can get vs. a veteran squad like the Spurs if it comes down to that finals match-up.

P.S. I root for the Spurs vs. anyone but the Bulls. Been a big fan of the Spurs since the Admiral landed there.

magic number is 2 wins or a win and a lakers loss from here on out.

they will need to win 3 to hold home court over the bulls though.

Well.... Lakers lose 2 in a row, Spurs win 2 in a row. Spurs have a bit of breathing room...

Well seems like the Spurs found their ballsacks. LOL. But really, I'm sure this Texas sized loosing streak they have finally climbed out of was a good thing. Help get some of the bad shooting, worries, and whatever else it could have been. Not to mention the injuries. Well with 3 games left, lets hope that the Spurs make it count like no other!!!

The Spurs have the top seed already sown up( in the West anyways). Can Chicago still mathematically catch them for no.1 overall?

for chicago to get the 1 seed the spurs need to lose 2 games and the bulls win out. i can see the bulls winning out but i dont see the spurs losing 2.

Ironically it could come down to the Spurs-Lakers game to close out the season....
