RoyaleWithCheese, are you saying the autopsy was staged and is a lie?
I'm saying that conclusion was just manufactured. Instead of presenting what they saw, they presented a clearly made up story that they couldn't know because the only one who knows is dead.

I'm pretty sure he had a brain bleed & bruising but I doubt very much that he hit his head. Bleeding abnormalities from weakened vessels, abnormal blood counts & clots can cause that.
And he was at risk for that, just as millions of others now are. Of course he could have fallen & hit his head BECAUSE of the brain bleed but he was found laying face up on the bed.
I don't want to make a thing out of this but when I was carted off by ambulance and hospitalized 18 months ago for 5 days due to a fall from a ladder that broke 12 of my ribs the cost was ...zero. Likewise a recent blood test and later ultra-scan cost me zero. We have a wonderful health system here in Australia. Of course there is a cost but it's in the form of a small automatic deduction from one's paycheck and is therefore not even noticed. Ambulance service is likewise subsidized by a small extra payment on one's electricity bill. Elective surgery may be a different matter.
Same here. I am so grateful every day for our socialized medicine. Three stays in the ER for a few days each and 4 long ambulance rides. Cost: zero.
Many folks won't go to the hospital for fear of incurring costs they can't afford, so may stay home like Bob did. Even though he could well afford it....

Pretty sure a coroner can tell the difference.
Blood doesn't particularly migrate through the skull.
So, they'd be able to see the bruising on the outside and bleeding on the inside.
While we don't have the official report, I doubt the family is BSing the results.

Won't get into and don't want to start the debate because I'm not against single payer systems outright.. But.. You DID pay for it. You just didn't pay for it when it happened.
In cases like this, I certainly see the advantage. Of course, the opposite could hold true, where someone runs to the doctor at every sniffle or something. In a case like this, the good would outweigh the bad.
Not sure why so many would think the family wouldn't BS the results? Maybe he was drunk and fell and hit his head. Unfortunately that's a shameful way to die and i'm sure that's not how his family would want him to be remembered.
Many deaths are caused by alcohol and drugs but you never see that in an obituary.

In the end it's a sad way to go regardless.
No drugs found at autopsy.
