The verse begins in that part of the Bible
most modern Christians never read, and
certainly do not obey... then proceeds
to the end of the book of Revelation.
The first transgression on my list
reminds me of this "fun" topic.

I could never surpass the humor of "The Christ" especially in the parable of..."The beam in ones eye"...can you just imagine if one takes that seriously...?

I sure hope you are obeying all 613 sins listed than.
For a second I thought this meant the sins of American Christians, by Christian terms. Like Greed, Gluttony, Pride, Covetousness, etc. Granted those are common to people everywhere, but I think American culture encourages Greed, Gluttony, and Callousness to the poor a fair amount. Although pre-marital sex is certainly very common among American Christians.
There are many kinds of Christians in America. I think often what is noted is areas where a religion departs from the pop-culture. American Christians generally oppose littering, cheating poor people, and other things most people dislike. The things that aren't in pop-culture is what's interesting and appealing in a religion, to me, but I suppose can also seem like "the main issue" as it might be necessary to discuss it more.
Of differing Christian groups I'm not sure Mainline Protestantism has anything different from pop-culture. Maybe some possibilities include
Being too loud
Causing dissension on moral or ethical matters
Seeing torture as always a sin (Sadly a large percent of Americans believe torture is sometimes justified)
Demeaning the beliefs of others (Atheists, Evangelicals, and probably many of us Catholics usually don't care about that)
Saying something impolite
Embarrassing others
Okay much/most of that's probably wrong, but I'm thinking it's maybe stuff like that.
For Evangelicals it's probably more like
Homosexuality
Abortion
Fornication/Pre-Marital sex
Drunkenness
Gambling - Somewhat unique to Evangelicals. Mainlines no longer care and Catholicism has never really had a blanket prohibition of gambling.
R or NC-17 rated movies
Heavy Metal or Hard Rock music
Islam - Becoming one or defending it.
Mormonism - Ditto
Us Catholics are maybe like
Abortion
Euthanasia
Homosexuality
Masturbation/Pornography
Perverted thoughts even if they don't lead to the previous
Mocking the clergy or nuns
Divorce
Fornication/Pre-marital sex
Harming your family
Failure to help others ("What I have failed to do" is pretty important in the faith)
