Sure It does. Jesus said that you had to deny yourself, take up your cross and follow Him daily. Instead, you want to satisfy your fleshly desires to be another sex. Drunkards want to satisfy their flesh, so they get drunk. Drug addicts want to satisfy their flesh, so they get high on drugs. Adulterers aren't content with their spouses, so they seek to satisfy their flesh with other people. These things are the fruits of people who don't walk after the Spirit, but after the flesh -- and they will in no wise enter into the Kingdom of God.
Galatians 5
[19] Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
[20] Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

I beg to differ. Jesus taught believe him, the same Jesus Christ who never left in the first place that we would have to depend upon the scriptures instead on his leadings. He came that we would learn of him.
