So, you're saying that water baptism isn't baptism.
It's not your baptism at conversion, that would be the one baptism, the spiritual baptism that took place in your heart when you accepted Christ as your Saviour.
You were spiritually baptized into Christs death! Water baptism is the reenactment of this for you to publicly profess the spiritual baptism by faith. In water baptism you are professing your faith in public of what you have already experienced.

You are more correct than JBF, Charlie. But baptism is something that is ongoing once you have faith in Christ and act accordingly out of agape love.

THAT is the real baptism under the guidance of the Holy Spirit (Comforter). This is the purpose of the baptism of the Holy Spirit that Jesus brought to us - to love God and each other every day and repent when we don't under His grace so we will be reborn after death as Spirit.
