That's a very good point. And it does feel rather urban along Wilshire.

Still, its not nearly as packed with throngs of people like Union Square and it has far less stores overall, but I definitely concede to your point.

If this were true, there would be no stores outside if CA.

Furthermore, where people spend their money is nobody's business.

Many of the nations places with the highest cost of living are on the east coast. A lot of wealthy people on the east coast dress nicer than California people, but not everyone feels the need to spend $400 on a shirt with a giant PRADA written across it.

Seattle is looking pretty good too. Pike Place Market locale is home to such places as Chanel and Burberry, just to name two...

Personally, I'd hang out in the market, a real hotspot for foodies.

I'm very familiar with the Atlanta fashion/shopping scene and some of these stores have closed or were only rumored to open and aren't present in Atlanta. So this list is an inaccurate list. For those who may not be familiar here are the stores that are not in Atlanta that were listed:

7 for All Mankind Barneys New York Co OP Benetton Betsey Johnson Domenico Vacca Ed Hardy Etro French Connection John Lobb Loro Piana Max Mara Oscar de la Renta Pampolina (not sure if it opened) Vilebrequin
