Tampa Bay for many reasons including weather, culture, familiarity, and proximity to people and things I care about.
Hammonton, New Jersey (blueberry capital of the world) or Plant City, Florida (strawberry capital of the world)?
Hammonton for sure. No offense to any Plant City residents, but I went to a wedding there last year and never in my life have I felt like my family were the classiest ones in the room except for that night.

Lawrence, KS or Columbia, MO?
Lawrence. It's near KC, that's a huge plus for me.
Albany/Schenectady, NY or Greenville/Spartanburg, SC?
Harrisburg. Both are good, but there's more to do overall in the Harrisburg area and they're not as landlocked.
Tucson, AZ or Fresno, CA?
Tucson... the summers would be rough but it strikes me as a more vibrant, interesting city. The Phoenix metro is just over an hour and a half away as well.
Daytona. I like its Central Florida location and not far from Orlando.
Columbia, SC or Lincoln, NE?
Lincoln. Cleaner, lower crime, closer to wide-open spaces.
Youngstown, Ohio or Rolla, Missouri?
