Interesting.
Again, they're both great cities but Chicago is very small compared to NYC.

The reason I asked where you were going first...is years ago I went to see the Rolling Stones in concert and the next night I went to see ZZ Top.
The ZZ Top concert was extremely disappointing to me but I'm convinced to this day that I would've enjoyed it more had I not seen The Stones the night before... Hope this makes sense.

I'm hoping Chicago doesn't disappoint you going there immediately after spending time in NYC.
You're going to have a fantastic time either way and I hope you keep us posted.

LOL, every city in the US, is small compared to NYC. No one is disputing this.

I've spoken to a few people who had never been to NYC or Chicago and were shocked at how "small" Chicago is compared to NYC... that's the point I was trying to make.

In land size Chicago is half size of NYC almost 4 times less population. Chicago Manhattan area is 1/4 size of Manhattan midtown/downtown areas

NYC is way too overrated and unliveable. It's all hype with mostly rude people and it's super expensive.

That's like saying that he will. The cities as many have stated are different and it's a matter of preference.

Chicago offers 3 things NYC can't this time of year

1. The El train ride around the skyscrapers

2. The boat tour in between the skyscrapers

3. The Beach with the downtown skyline in the background
