Little Rock has taller buildings and is more uniform overall.
Chicago, IL or Midtown Manhattan
Midtown Manhattan
Dallas or Houston?
By a hair, I'll pick Dallas. That said, both cities should work on improving their density a little bit. I also really like the appearance of that park and river (or is it a canal?) just outside of downtown Houston, and that round white bridge just outside of downtown Dallas also is nice. Very slight preference for Dallas', but I also like Houston's too.
Now for a comparison that I'm surprised I've never tried to do in this thread, before: Houston or Minneapolis?

Minneapolis due to being more dense with better architecture.
Hartford, CT has more buildings, and is more dense overall. But I do like Providence's as well.
Memphis, TN or Providence, RI?
I picked Memphis. It looks a little bit bigger. Springfield IL or Cedar Rapids IA?
