Cincinnati, OH or Bellevue, WA?
Bellevue's is fantastic for a Satellite City, It's Skyline could go one up with some Mid Size Metros, I like it's Modern feel

But Cincinnati is more of a Classic Dense Skyline with more distinctive buildings instead of a bunch of Glass boxes, I Like that Tower with the Crown and that Triangle Trapezoid Looking building across the river, Add in the Stadiums and Natural Setting and Cincinnati for the Win

Portland Oregon or Nashville skyline

I picked Nashville. Looked bigger and more sense and still adding towers even though Portland has 1 or 2 taller buildings and better background scenery. Rochester MN or Duluth MN?

I like Rochester's a bit more, but close. Duluth has a pretty setting on the lake.

Chattanooga, TN or Asheville, NC?

Chattanooga due to prettier setting.

Columbus, OH or Tampa, FL?

I was looking over both cities, and to me neither city has as much density as I prefer. Ditto with the urbanity, and to further my point both cities could stand to build a few more(and hopefully distinctive, in their designs) taller highrises. This said, I've seen other cities brought up in this thread in the past that were less dense, vs. these 2 cities. But for the smaller size of these 2 cities, I do like the cores in both of these 2 cities. I do like how Chattanooga is trying to do more infill housing developments, along with those river views, bridges, and the river showing up along with seeing nearby mountains. While Asheville does have a few older buildings, I really like myself.

This is a very tough call for me, but I'll slightly go with Chattanooga when I look at all the various factors of their appearance. As it has a little of each of the things I like (river views, river parks, bridges, and some old and new buildings). It's almost like a more southerly version (albeit smaller), of Pittsburgh.

For the newest one, I'll go with Columbus, as it's skyline and taller buildings look a little more defined.

Reno, NV, or Spokane, WA?

Reno, NV, or Spokane, WA?
Reno due to more impressive buildings and more compact skyline.

Kansas City, MO or Nashville, TN?

Definitely now Nashville. Nashville has double the skyscrapers as KC now, and its density -- and height -- keep building quickly.

If you compared the 2 cities in, for example, 2015, Kansas City might've come out ahead.

But in 2021, Nashville is far ahead of KC, and has the stronger skyline.

Denver, CO or Honolulu, HI?

I'd go with Denver. Honolulu is nice, but it feels more like a long line of highrises, a la Miami.

Anchorage, AK, or Portland, OR?

Portland. Bigger, taller and more sense. San Antonio or Phoenix?

Both are underwhelming, Phoenix has the stronger skyline. It has more impressive buildings and unique setting.

Orlando, FL or Birmingham, AL?
